Condition Pro is delivered through third-party platforms (such as the Apple App Store and Google Play Store).
All payments, billing, and refunds are processed by those platforms—not directly by Condition Pro.

1. Subscriptions & Payments
When you purchase a subscription or paid feature: Payment is charged to your app store account at confirmation
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
Pricing and billing terms are shown at checkout
You are responsible for managing your subscription through your app store account settings.
2. Refund Requests
Because purchases are handled by Apple or Google: Condition Pro cannot directly issue refunds
All refund requests must go through your app store Apple App Store:

Request a refund through your Google Play account:
Open Google Play
Go to Payments & subscriptions
Select the purchase
Tap “Request a refund”
Refund approval is entirely at the discretion of the platform.
3. Free Trials (If Offered)
If Condition Pro offers a free trial:
You will not be charged until the trial ends
Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being billed
No refunds are issued for unused trial time
4. No Partial Refunds
Once a billing period has started:
No partial refunds are provided for unused time
Canceling stops future charges, not current period charges
5. Technical Issues If you experience technical problems:
Contact Condition Pro support first at:

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues
Technical issues do not automatically qualify for refunds
6. Fraud or Unauthorized Charges
If you believe a charge is fraudulent:
Contact your app store immediately
Notify Condition Pro at: support@automatedstrengthcoach.com
7. Changes to Refund Policy
Condition Pro may update this Refund Policy at any time.
Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated policy.
