How to request account deletion To request deletion of your Condition Pro account, please email:

From the email address associated with your Condition Pro account, include the subject line:
“Account Deletion Request – Condition Pro”

What data will be deleted

Upon verification, we will permanently delete:

User account information (email, profile data) Training history and performance data App usage data associated with the account

Data that may be retained

The following data may be retained for legal or operational purposes:
 *Transaction and subscription records (retained for up to 7 years, as required by tax and financial regulations)

All retained data is securely stored and not used for marketing purposes.
