When you create or manage a Condition Pro account, we may collect information such as:

Some profile information may be optional.

Fitness and Training Information

Condition Pro is designed to provide individualized conditioning and training guidance.

The app may collect and store information related to your training, including:

• Maximal Aerobic Speed (MAS) test results;
• estimated VO₂max;
• selected training modality;
• test distance, pace, speed, split, or duration;
• workout and training-plan information;
• session history;
• completed workout data;
• training adherence;
• perceived exertion or session feedback; and
• progress information generated through use of the app.

This information is used to calculate training targets, personalize training, track progress, and provide Condition Pro functionality.

Readiness and Wellness Information

Where available within the app, you may provide information relating to your readiness for training, including:

• mood;
• fatigue;
• muscle soreness or discomfort;
• motivation;
• sleep quality; and
• optional notes or session feedback.

This information may be used to help adjust or personalize training recommendations and to display readiness or progress information.

Location and GPS Information

Condition Pro may use device location services when you choose outdoor GPS-based training or testing functionality.

Location information may be used to support features such as:

• outdoor workout tracking;
• distance calculation;
• pace or speed calculation;
• route tracking;
• GPS-based MAS testing; and
• related training-session functionality.

Location access is used for app functionality related to outdoor training.

Users who do not use outdoor GPS-based functionality may still be able to use applicable indoor training modes.

Device, App, and Diagnostic Information

We may collect limited technical information necessary to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve Condition Pro.

This may include:

• device or operating-system information;
• app activity;
• login or authentication information;
• technical logs;
• crash or diagnostic information; and

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We may use information collected through Condition Pro to:

• maintain the security and reliability of the app;

• improve Condition Pro functionality and user experience.

We do not sell personal information for unrelated commercial purposes.

3. PAYMENTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Condition Pro subscriptions or purchases may be processed through third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store or Google Play.

When payments are processed through an app store or another authorized payment provider, payment-card or banking credentials are generally processed by that provider under its own privacy and security practices.

Automated Strength Coach may receive limited transaction or subscription information necessary to confirm purchase status, manage access, provide support, and maintain account records.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

Condition Pro may rely on third-party technology and service providers to operate the app.

These providers may perform functions such as:

• cloud hosting and data storage;
• authentication;
• database services;
• analytics;
• diagnostics and crash reporting;
• location or mapping services;
• subscription or payment processing; and
• other technical services necessary to operate Condition Pro.

Automated Strength Coach uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

No electronic system or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information.

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• provide Condition Pro services;
• maintain a user's account;
• support training history and progress;
• fulfill legitimate business and operational purposes;
• comply with legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory requirements; and
• resolve disputes or enforce agreements.

When information is no longer reasonably required for these purposes, it may be deleted, anonymized, or otherwise disposed of in accordance with applicable requirements.

7. ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION

Condition Pro users may request permanent deletion of their Condition Pro account and associated account data.

Once an account deletion request has been verified, the Condition Pro account and associated personal data will be deleted, except for information Automated Strength Coach may be required or permitted to retain for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, regulatory, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

8. YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES

Depending on applicable law and your location, you may have rights relating to your personal information, including the right to:

• request access to personal information;
• request correction of inaccurate information;
• request deletion of personal information;
• request a copy of certain stored information;
• withdraw certain permissions;
• opt out of marketing communications; and
• exercise other rights provided under applicable privacy laws.

You may update certain information directly within Condition Pro where that functionality is available.

You may unsubscribe from marketing email communications using the unsubscribe link contained in those messages.

9. LOCATION PERMISSIONS

Location access is associated with GPS-based outdoor training and testing functionality.

You can manage location permissions through your device settings.

Disabling location access may prevent certain outdoor GPS features from functioning correctly but should not necessarily prevent use of applicable indoor training functionality.

10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Condition Pro is not intended for children under 13 years of age.

We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13.

If we learn that personal information has been collected from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.

Parents or legal guardians who believe a child has provided personal information to Condition Pro may contact Automated Strength Coach using the contact information below.

11. INTERNATIONAL USERS

Condition Pro may be available to users in multiple countries.

If you use Condition Pro outside the United States, information may be processed or stored in the United States or other locations where Automated Strength Coach or its service providers operate.

Privacy and data-protection laws in those locations may differ from the laws in your country.

Where required, Automated Strength Coach will handle personal information in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.

12. PRIVACY RIGHTS UNDER APPLICABLE LAW

Condition Pro account information may be used to send necessary account, service, transaction, support, or product communications.

Where marketing communications are sent, users may unsubscribe from promotional emails through the unsubscribe link provided in those communications.

Service-related communications necessary to operate an account may still be sent where appropriate.
